Food gives energy for us, we intake the food and the food molecules are broken into various molecules particles and that gives energy to our body. Nowadays children need more energy. They will take balanced food so their growth is very well. In our daily life energy is the essential thing for our body so we should choose the energy Power to Choose  in the food items.

What are the energy contents present in the food? 

The energy contents present in the food are carbohydrates, fat, vitamins, minerals, etc…

Now we will see carbohydrates food items like rice, potato, beans, corn, etc… Are very rich in carbohydrates. It provides energy to brain functions. So we will take a sufficient amount of carbohydrates food items per day. If we will take more amount of carbohydrates our body weight is increased very much so, many diseases are affected in our body like obesity then obesity leads to many heart problems and hypertension, etc… In our bodies.

Next, we will see the minerals food items, it has many different types of minerals likes calcium, iron, iodine, sodium, etc…are the minerals food items. The calcium is present in the milk, if we take the milk regularly our body bones, and teeth are strong very much. The iodine is present in the salt we use fewer salts only in the food items. Iodine levels are decreased then the body Will be affected by the thyroid disorders in our body.

Next, we will see the fat food items like ghee, cheese, meat, etc… are the fat items. For growing children fat is the most important energy of their body. There are two different types of fat they are good fat and bad fat

Next, we will see the vitamin food items, They are classified into different types of vitamins like vitamin -A, vitamin-C, vitamin-D, vitamin-B2, vitamin-B12, vitamin-E, etc…

In recent days many of them take the energy tablet, energy injections to improve their energy and body muscle in the gym for nearly 6 months Many of them using this and improve their energy and body muscle. Protein powder also available in the market also. These are more expensive items in the market. This is a disadvantage to some of the people because of their genetic DNA in their bodies. So, we should eat healthy food items and make our body be fit and healthy
